1. Comprehensive Evaluation
Dr. Nandikonda will take time to:

2. Physical Examination
She will carefully examine your:

Joints, muscles, skin, and range of motion

Areas of pain, swelling, or tenderness

Other signs of autoimmune or inflammatory conditions 
3. Review of Labs and Imaging
If you’ve brought prior lab results or imaging, Dr. Nandikonda will go over them.
She may also order:

Additional blood work

X-rays, ultrasounds, or MRIs if needed 
- 
Specialized tests to help diagnose autoimmune diseases 
4. Diagnosis and Education
Once the evaluation is complete, she will:

Discuss possible diagnoses

5. Personalized Treatment Plan
You will receive a custom plan which may include:

Patient care: Prescription Refills:
All prescription refills should be called into the office during the normal business hours. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be reviewed. Refill request are not taken after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays or during weekends or holidays. Please give the office 48 hours on all prescription request.
Fees & Payments:
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care. Our office policy is to collect patients payment responsibilities at the time of visit.

- Medication Refill Instructions – Elite Rheumatology and Arthritis Center -  - Dear Patient, - To make sure you receive your medications on time, please follow these steps: -  - 
Check with Your Pharmacy First - 
Contact your pharmacy to see if you have any refills left on your prescription.

Ask your pharmacy to send us an electronic refill request.

Send Dr. Nandikonda a secure message through your online patient portal. This is the best way of communication for prompt reponse. You should get a response from us in 24 hrs (except weekends).

Possible Insurance Delays - 
Sometimes, your insurance company may require a prior authorization (PA) before approving coverage.
