Dr. Nandikonda’s journey in medicine is defined by a deep commitment to her patients. Before specializing, she spent eight years as a hospitalist, gaining invaluable experience in complex patient care, followed by three years in a dedicated rheumatology clinic. Her passion for the field led her to complete a rigorous two-year fellowship right here in Orlando, training alongside the city's top specialists. With a vision for a more personal approach to medicine, she founded Elite Rheumatology and Arthritis Center. Today, she’s proud to provide the Orlando and Central Florida community with the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve.
